A proper autumn cleanup does more than make the plot look tidy. Leaves left lying smother the lawn and encourage moss, weeds left standing seed themselves for next year, and damp piles in the flower beds become a home for slugs. Taking care of it all in autumn saves you the big catch-up in April.

Frequently asked questions about autumn cleanup
When is the best time for an autumn cleanup?
Once most of the leaves have fallen, usually from mid-October to late November. Service Plus adjusts the timing to your trees and your plot.
What happens to the leaves and waste?
It is up to you: we put the leaves in your compost or garden waste bin, or you book waste removal and we load everything and drive it to the recycling centre.
Is autumn cleanup covered by the RUT deduction?
Yes. Garden cleanup on the plot of your home qualifies for a RUT deduction (the Swedish tax deduction for household services) of up to 50% of the labour cost. Waste removal is not covered by RUT.
Can you do an autumn cleanup for our housing cooperative?
