Short answer

What data does Service Plus collect, and does the site set cookies?

Service Plus Stockholm AB collects your name, email address, phone number, area and description of the job when you fill in the booking or contact form, along with any photos you choose to attach. The details are used to quote, carry out the work and invoice it, and are never passed on for marketing. The site sets no cookies and has neither visitor tracking nor advertising trackers. To see what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@service-plus.se.

Who is responsible for the data?

The data controller is Service Plus Stockholm AB, Ormängsgatan 55, 165 56 Hässelby, Sweden. You can reach us at info@service-plus.se and +46 73 724 17 70. If you have questions about how we handle your data, or want to use any of the rights below, an email is enough.

What data do we collect?

We collect data in two situations: when you contact us, and when we carry out a job for you. When you are only reading the pages we collect nothing about you at all.

  • The booking and contact forms: name, email address, phone number, area or address, preferred day, the services you picked and your description of the job.
  • Photos: the pictures you choose to attach to show us what needs doing.
  • Email and phone: whatever you tell us when you get in touch directly.
  • For a job: address and invoicing details, plus your personal identity number if you use the RUT deduction, because the Swedish Tax Agency requires it for the claim.

Why do we process the data?

Every use has a purpose and a legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Answering your enquiry and quoting – to enter into a contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Planning, carrying out and invoicing the work – performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Claiming the RUT deduction on your behalf – legal obligation and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (c)).
  • Accounting for invoices and records – legal obligation under the Swedish Accounting Act (Article 6(1)(c)).
  • Protecting the forms against automated spam – legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long do we keep it?

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to completed jobs, invoices and accounting are kept for seven years, because the Swedish Accounting Act requires it. Photos you send in are deleted once the job is finished and invoiced.

If you want your data deleted sooner we will do that, as long as we are not required by law to keep it.

Who can see the data?

We never sell data on and never use it for anyone else's marketing. Outside the company the data reaches only the suppliers we need to run the business, and only as far as required.

  • Zoho (email and storage of correspondence, servers within the EU).
  • Vercel (hosting of the website).
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile, which checks that forms are filled in by people rather than bots).
  • The Swedish Tax Agency, when we claim the RUT deduction on your behalf.
  • Our accountants and, where the law requires it, public authorities.

Does the site set cookies?

No. We set no cookies, neither our own nor third-party ones. The site has no visitor analytics, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking. That is also why there is no cookie banner – there is simply nothing to consent to.

Two things are stored locally in your own browser. They never leave your device and we cannot read them: your choice of colour mode on the site, and a draft of the booking form so you do not lose what you have already filled in if the page reloads. You can remove them by clearing site data in your browser.

On pages with a form, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded. It checks that a person is filling in the form and is not used to follow you between websites.

What rights do you have?

Under the GDPR you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict processing, to object to it and to receive your data in a machine-readable format.

Email info@service-plus.se and we will answer as soon as we can, and within a month at the latest. If you are not happy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
